Character History
Elebrim Mistblood is a High Elf from the late Third and early Fourth
Ages of J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth. He was orphaned as an
infant when his family was attacked on their way to board ships for the
Undying Lands, and was taken in by a village of less-than-tolerant
humans. Never quite able to fit in, Elebrim was taunted and
bullied by his peers until his eighteenth birthday, when village
tradition called for a coming-of-age trial to allow the youth of the
village to pass into adulthood. Because he was not truly a human,
the village elders decided that the only way for him to pass his trial
was to be made into a human. The village bound and beat him,
dragging him to a small shed where they proceeded to hack away his long,
elven hair. Before they could complete the violent act by cutting
off the points of his ears, however, Elebrim tore himself free of his
bonds and fought his way out, killing several of the villagers before
escaping into the woods.
Elebrim spent the next half-century of his life as a wanderer with no
identity or home. He stole and made what he needed to survive,
constantly working to stay in the shadows of society. This all
changed, however, when on his 70th birthday he had a face-to-face
encounter with Orome, the Valar of the Hunt. In this encounter,
Orome gave Elebrim a second chance to live as a true Eldar, serving the
cause of true good and the light of the Valar in Middle Earth. If
Elebrim served as the Valar saw fit, he would be restored to the
inheritance of his people and a place with them in the Undying Lands.
Elebrim was overjoyed at the prospect of having a true purpose and goal
for the first time in his life, and set out immediately to fulfill his
new position in life.

Fighting History
Elebrim began fighting in the early part of 2002 when the first steps
toward fighting in Charleston began to take place. An enthusiastic
member of both backyard fighting groups that contributed to the formation of Khazad-Dûm,
Elebrim slowly began to expand his prospects in fighting. He
maintained close ties with all the friends and fighters who would in future years
found Ameth, winding his way through the various political and fighting
escapades that took place prior to the eventual schism of the
would-be-Ameth fighters from the rest of the Khazad.
On the National fighting level, Elebrim
petitioned for and was accepted into the Templar Draconis Kestevara in
2005. TDK is a national unit originally inspired and conceived
years ago in the realm of Dur-Demarion in Tennessee. Later
that year, he was offered and accepted an opportunity to train under Sir
Satanaka, a knight of Dur-Demarion and one of the founders of TDK, as a
retainer. In 2006, Elebrim began college at Emory University in
Atlanta, GA, fighting in the local Dagorhir chapter, High Spires, and
the local Belegarth realm of orod-Ost en Mallyn part-time during school.
Continuing to improve on his training, Elebrim tries to employ a
variety of tactics on the field and also works to maintain a high level
of honor both in and out of combat. His "Über-Sash"
is white with entwined gold and black designs, thereby solidifying his
affectionately named "ultimate good-guy" persona. Elebrim hopes to continue his
progress in fighting both away and at home.
